Learning Volunteer: Schools

Learning Volunteer: Schools

Learning volunteers assist the Learning team to deliver the museum's formal learning programme to visiting schools. The programme gives teachers and children the chance to learn more about the University of Liverpool’s art and heritage collections.

What's involved?

You will assist with elements of the schools sessions guided by our Learning team. Good communication skills are essential and experience with children or in education is desirable.

Why get involved?

Be part of a team promoting and preserving the University of Liverpool’s Museums & Galleries collections for present and future generations. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and this role can also help develop skills in formal learning. We value the relationships we have with local schools.

How to get involved?

Sign up to become a Volunteer Makers for University of Liverpool Museums & Galleries and accept this challenge. We will then contact you to arrange an informal induction.
