We are looking for volunteers to help with the collection of visitor feedback about the Lightbulb Moments exhibition, encouraging visitors in the exhibition space to fill in a short visitor survey.
This is a flexible role but we are looking for volunteers who can volunteer between 2-5 hours per week on a rota basis.
What's involved?
Being a friendly and approachable face to encourage visitors to share their honest thoughts about the exhibition.
Encouraging visitors in the exhibition space to fill in a short visitor survey, either by scanning the QR code on their phone, filling in a paper copy or completing using an Ipad.
Training will be provided so you understand what is in the survey and how the data will be used.
You will be proactive in approaching visitors, engaging them and encouraging them to complete the survey.
